Description
The Sales Trainee is an entry level position responsible for completing a rigorous training program in preparation for assuming an earthmoving sales territory. Sales Trainees must be able to perform independently under close supervision. Extensive on the job training, classroom instruction, and e-learning must be successfully completed to remain in the Sales Training Program. The Sales Trainee will demonstrate initiative, sense of urgency, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner. The Sales Trainee must be willing to relocate anywhere in the Thompson Tractor territory when a position becomes available. A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position.
Education
Bachelors (preferred)
High School or Equivalent (required) Experience
Previous sales and a working knowledge of the earthmoving industry is preferred. Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills are required. (required)
