Virtual Assistant

Job Summary

Offers administrative assistance to clients, such as bookkeeping and scheduling, from a remote location.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works remotely and on a self-employed basis
  • Schedules appointments for clients
  • Answers client phone calls and passes along information 
  • Books hotels and flights, and makes other necessary travel arrangements
  • Manages a client’s social media accounts and/or email 
  • Offers clients digital marketing, graphic design, or writing services depending on the industry
  • Utilizes online storage platforms and maintains files and organization
  • Handles all aspects of data entry
