Chrysler Group LLC, formed in 2009 to establish a global strategic alliance with Fiat S.p.A., produces Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, SRT, FIAT and Mopar vehicles and products. With the resources, technology and worldwide distribution network required to compete on a global scale, the alliance builds on Chrysler Group’s culture of innovation, first established by Walter P. Chrysler in 1925, and Fiat’s complementary technology that dates back to its? founding in 1899.

Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Mich., Chrysler Group’s product lineup features some of the world's most recognizable vehicles, including the Chrysler 300 and Town & Country, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Dart, Ram 1500, SRT Viper and Fiat 500. Fiat contributes world-class technology, platforms and powertrains for small- and medium-size cars, allowing Chrysler Group to offer an expanded product line including environmentally friendly vehicles.

Chrysler Group LLC is proud to extend to its employees a compensation and benefits package that is designed to retain their talent and to motivate and reward job performance. Our present compensation program provides for competitive, market based salaries, and annual vacation and holiday time off. We make available a comprehensive health care benefits plan which, depending upon the employee's role, includes medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage. We also offer a disability absence plan, group and optional life insurance program, savings plan, tuition assistance, and vehicle purchase and lease discounts for certain employees, and for their family and friends.

Diversity is the Way We Do Business

Chrysler Group embraces and recognizes the importance of diversity in all areas of our business - including our employees, our supply base, our marketing and throughout our dealer network.

As a global company, Chrysler Group diversity has brought together people with an outstanding range of skills and experiences. They may be from different cultures and backgrounds, but they all come together to help build our cars and trucks - and buy them.

Chrysler Group's Office of Talent Acquisition and Global Diversity leads the way toward achieving excellence in diversity by sponsoring and supporting diversity events, encouraging work/life effectiveness programs, and promoting a ze?ro tolerance for discrimination and harassment of any kind

It takes a nimble company to compete in the global marketplace. At Chrysler Group, we see everything we do as a new opportunity to innovate…explore…invent.

It is what makes Chrysler Group the ideal career environment for driven and results-oriented professionals of every discipline. Here, you’ll have the freedom to think for yourself, the encouragement to share your ideas and the rewards to make it worth your while.
