The Role in Brief Consultant - Student Success, Senior Associate The Consultant - Strategic Leader, Senior Associate is the primary relationship manager and consultant for our college and university partner institutions, playing the lead role in embedding our Student Success Technology across campus and ensuring our partners see value in our technology. In addition to partnering with executives and senior leaders to set and execute on strategic goals, the Strategic Leader will work with leadership across departments to drive depth and breadth of use of the platform, leverage data to identify new areas of opportunity and identify and overcome systemic obstacles to student retention and graduation success. The EAB Technology division to committed to a diverse and inclusive community, and we are looking for individuals excited to contribute to this community and who bring experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders. This role is listed as "Consultant - Student Success, Senior Associate" for posting purposes; the official and internal title of this hire is expected to be "Strategic Leader, Student Success" to align with EAB business norms. This role is ideally based in Washington, DC. This position is additionally open to candidates based in Richmond, VA and open to exceptional candidates based remotely in the continental United States as well. Compensation: The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $58,500 - $80,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
