Responsibilities & Duties: Trouble shooting Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule Understands principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process Organize and execute duties as directed by the owner of the process Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low cost, high quality producer Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
