SHIFT
Our Technicians work a Compressed Work Week (CWW). This means that each pay period you work three 12-hour shifts one week, and four 12-hour shifts the following week*. Per California law, you will be eligible for Overtime Pay (1.5X Hourly Rate) for all time worked over 8 hours in one shift (24.5 hours of OT per two week pay period). Shifts available:

D Shift (back half days) - 6pm - 6:15am Wednesday - Friday, and every other Saturday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Utilize Olympus MX-50 microscope to perform defect inspection of state of the art probing technology products
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections
  • Conduct finished goods inspection of material and products
  • Generate reports for nonconforming product
  • Coordinate with Engineers to investigate nonconforming product
  • Validate outgoing data of products to ensure compliance to customers specification. Update inventory database.
  • Perform image capture of material and products
  • Required to work a compressed work scheduled (3 x 4)



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quality inspection
  • Knowledgeable using various microscope and inspection tools
  • Experience in documentation and following work instructions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Semiconductor or probecard inspection experience desired
  • Experience in IQA, Quality assurance, Quality Inspection
  • Experience in using hand tools to assemble and adjust mechanical assemblies
  • Microscope inspection of components & hardware
  • Work within a shift team to support operations & engineering tasks and as an individual contributor to meet daily production quotas
  • Perform data entry based on inspection results



Preferred Experience


  • IQA, Quality assurance, Quality Inspection
  • 2 year degree or equivalent work experience


The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $22.10 and $29.03. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
