The Senior Manager, CRM Marketing will help grow our relationship marketing programs, create relevant, multi-channel customer communications via email and SMS, and ultimately drive incremental growth to the business. This role will lead the strategy to advance consumer segmentation and develop targeted, data-driven consumer journeys across email, SMS & push notifications, resulting in innovative approaches to drive customer behavior and aid in revenue growth. This includes redefining current CRM segmentation strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance touchpoints, drive engagement via enhanced content creation, and improve conversion rates. The Senior Manager, CRM Marketing will be responsible for orchestrating the right messages at the right time to the right audience, while partnering with creative, editorial, product and ops teams to bring programs to life. The ideal candidate has an advanced understanding of CRM and SMS best practices, a passion for innovating new solutions, and a deep desire to understand how to deliver more value to consumers. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
