What you would do here:

Seven Corners Healthcare is looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist. This person needs to have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Our Operations Specialist is focused on improving operational efficiency and customer experience with our government programs.

Each year, we schedule thousands of appointments for federal inmates, and we need an Operations Specialist to assist our Correctional Account Coordinators. At Seven Corners, we work as a team to schedule federal inmate's appointments, solve problems, drive innovation, and enhance our customer experience.

Ideally You Have:

  • Demonstrated experience with multi-tasking and ability to thrive and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented, as well as having excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage several projects and tasks at once.
  • Seeks to maintain productive relationships to meet and achieve contracted goals.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize time and tasks to meet contractual agreements.
  • The ability to quickly pivot and adapt.
