Jefferson is seeking Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Acquisition and Assistance Specialists with international development experience in procurement for USAID Global Health awards and projects. Requirements The Acquisition and Assistance Specialists are expected to possess the following qualifications, skills and professional experience: A. EDUCATION

Senior A&A:
Procurement Support Services for GH: The contractor will assist GH or mission staff with the following: 1. Provide guidance and assistance to technical staff in preparing requirements packets to include but not be limited to: * Market research * Preparing IGCE * Drafting Selection of Instrument Memorandum * Drafting Statement of Work (SOW)/ Statement of Objectives (SOO)/ Program Description * Drafting Instructions to offerors/applicants * Drafting Evaluation Criteria * Preparing waivers as appropriate 2. Facilitate the Technical Evaluation: Manage the TEC schedule and document the TEC proceedings, as well as support the TEC Chair with other functions such as drafting of the TEC memo for the Technical Chair. Mid-Level A&A: The candidate must be able to take the lead on one or more minor assistance actions per year and/or participate on a procurement team of one or more major contracts and/or assistance procurements, and support efforts on other actions as needed
