Job Summary:
The Department of Pathobiological Sciences (PBS) in the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison invites applications for an Assistant Professor tenure-track faculty position in the field of infectious diseases of animals and humans. Responsibilities: The candidate will participate in the School of Veterinary Medicine's research, teaching, and service programs. Specifically, the individual will be expected to conduct independent extramurally funded research in an area related to infectious diseases of animals and humans; participate in courses for veterinary medical, undergraduate, or graduate students in relevant disciplines; train graduate students; and provide academic service to the Department, School of Veterinary Medicine, and University. The individual will also be expected to interact with faculty across campus in relevant disciplines.
