Engineering & Portfolio Management Lead at a glance...As part of the enterprise Zone Technical Execution (ZTE) organization, the Capital Engineering team plans and delivers new and renovated systems and capital assets at internal manufacturing sites and operating units (OPUs) across the North American zone. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering & Capital Execution, the Engineering & Portfolio Management Lead is responsible for strongly establishing linkages with Manufacturing Pod Leads, Plant Operations, and North American Technical Services Engineering Teams, Research and Development, Business Development, Quality, ORM, Finance and Supplier Relationship with Procurement. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring assigned plants engineering and technical staff in all aspects of capital project management and plant engineering. You need to be experienced in the areas of influencing and working across the organization. You will participate in cross functional Peer Reviews for major Capital projects (>$1MM) within the North American zone portfolio across more than 30 sites in the US and Canada, to ensure projects are right-sized and fit-for-purpose. Ensure that future Maintenance and Growth capital projects are clearly defined and included in Strategic Plans, Master Plans and AOP. What's on the menu? CAPEX Planning and Budgeting
