Position Description:

Utilizes a combination of human patient samples including correlated clinical data, cell culture systems, and mouse models to understand the role of the Hippo pathway and the downstream transcriptional activators TAZ and YAP in sarcomas.

Education Requirement:

PhD or MD/PhD

Required Qualifications:


  • Experience with sterile technique and culturing cell lines
  • Goodcommunication and writing skills in English


Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with the following:





  • CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing
  • Molecular biology and bioinformatics/analysis of next generation sequencing data sets
  • Analyzing genetic mouse models and analyzing xenograft/orthotopic mouse models
  • Various injections in vivo including subcutaneous, intramuscular, or sciatic nerve injections
