Position Overview

Note: The purpose of this advertisement is to create a temporary on-call pool of applicants from which a department may hire as needed. For this reason, applicants may be called in at any time during the year. Examples of positions available may include, but are not limited to the following: receptionist, secretary, accounting clerk, telemarketers, fundraising assistants, etc. Applications will remain on file for one year.

Job Summary: Under supervision, will assist the assigned department's personnel in performing clerical or other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Must have a pleasant telephone voice and ability to meet the public. Secretarial and/or bookkeeping skills preferred.


Working Conditions

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Work is sedentary in nature and performed inside a non-smoking facility, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
