As a Machine Operator at Wall Colmonoy, you'll be an essential part of our manufacturing team, shaping high-quality parts that exceed customer expectations and fuel the future of aerospace engineering. What You'll Do: Read & interpret blueprints to ensure precision machining Operate machinery & presses to craft high-quality components Use basic hand tools to fine-tune and inspect parts Verify quality standards-because excellence is non-negotiable Prioritize safety by following PPE guidelines and best practices What We're Looking For: 0-3 years of experience or Vo-Tech training in manufacturing Aerospace assembly & parts knowledge (preferred but not required) Ability to read and understand product specs, drawings & quality control standards Effective communication skills-both written & verbal Basic math & computer proficiency to support operations Physical Requirements: Regularly stand and use hands for tools & controls Occasionally kneel, stoop, or crouch as needed Lift and move up to 50 lbs when necessary What to Expect in Your Work Environment: Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment Work near moving mechanical parts-where precision meets performance Moderate noise levels-the sound of progress Safety-first culture-your well-being is our priority Why Join Wall Colmonoy?
