Compensation

Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, education, certifications, geography, role scope, business needs, and internal equity considerations. At FI, we view employees as individuals rather than simply matching compensation to a job title. We recognize that people with the same title may bring different experiences, capabilities, specialties, and contributions, and we strive to evaluate each candidate holistically.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $150K-$200K. Compensation may also include an annual bonus. The posted range is intended to accommodate varying levels of qualifications and growth within the role over time. As a result, candidates are typically not hired at the top of the posted range, with compensation increasing as employees develop skills, take on additional responsibilities, and demonstrate sustained performance.
