THE POSITION

Governor Shapiro's Director of Creator Strategy and Online Media leads one of the most active creator programs in American state government. Governor Shapiro has built a national reputation for innovative creator work and this role is responsible for building on and sustaining that momentum, expanding existing relationships with podcasts, streaming and online media channels, growing the Governor's national creator network, and ensuring creator strategy and online media are a core part of our communications strategy, integrated alongside content and press. This role will also be responsible for building on constituent outreach channels to meet Pennsylvanians where they are at and build community-based partnerships programs that incorporate online and offline activations.

This position brings established relationships in the creator and podcast space, has managed high-profile partnerships from brief to publish, and understands the nuances of making these collaborations land in a government context.
