B2B Marketing Summer Intern

As part of our Corporate Marketing team, you'll work alongside experienced marketing professionals while gaining exposure to content development, advertising, campaign management, analytics, and project execution.

In addition to your individual responsibilities, you'll collaborate with fellow interns from across the organization on signature summer projects, providing an opportunity to tackle a real business challenge, gain exposure to different areas of the Bank, strengthen teamwork and leadership skills, and present recommendations to organizational leadership.

What You'll Do

Gain Exposure to Strategic Marketing

As a B2B Marketing Summer Intern, you'll help support campaigns and initiatives designed to engage business clients and promote Rockland Trust's products and services. You'll gain valuable experience working across multiple marketing disciplines while contributing to projects that support growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist with the development, editing, and distribution of marketing content across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Support content creation for email campaigns, social media, blogs, presentations, and other communications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in executing and tracking marketing campaigns for commercial banking and wealth management audiences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Analyze campaign performance data and help measure marketing effectiveness.
• Support project management efforts to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and marketing quality.
• Help organize marketing assets, reporting, and campaign materials.
• Participate in collaborative summer projects with fellow interns.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:

  • Public Relations
  • Or a related field

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Interest in advertising, branding, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in marketing performance measurement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Excel is preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics or marketing analytics tools is a plus.
