The Hospital Administration Intern will observe all departments throughout the facility, partnering with key stakeholders in leadership to gain an understanding of each hospital function. The Intern will work closely with Senior Leadership to understand hospital workflows, processes and objectives. You will gain valuable exposure to the day to day of running a successful UHS Behavioral Hospital.

The knowledge you gain during this process from interactions and real-life work examples will help lay the ground work for a career in healthcare administration, and could lead to further opportunities with UHS post-graduation. This is a paid Internship on-site at Via Linda Behavioral Hospital.

• Must be a first-year MBA student
• Must be available full-time through the summer of 2027
• Leadership experience preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare administration and behavioral health functions preferred
• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain
