What You'll Do

• Drive the creation and refinement of robust PowerPoint master slides and templates, building consistent, reusable, and intuitive presentation systems.
• Act as a diagnostic expert, identifying and resolving technical issues, formatting inconsistencies, layout bugs, and functionality problems within existing presentation files.
• Architect new master decks from established brand references and design directions, guaranteeing proper structure and ease of maintenance.
• Design and develop specialized slide layouts within supporting presentation decks to accommodate diverse content and presentation objectives.
• Champion brand integrity by meticulously applying established guidelines, typography, colors, and visual standards, while simultaneously enhancing readability and usability.
• Ensure all presentation slides are clear, legible, professionally formatted, and highly effective for both live presentations and varied audiences.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance on all templates and master slides, verifying that layouts, formatting, and functionality remain consistent even with user modifications.
• Refine and polish existing PowerPoint decks, meticulously correcting formatting and improving slide consistency in preparation for key presentations and major company events.
• Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to fully grasp requirements, integrate feedback, and deliver finalized templates that internal teams can confidently leverage.
• Potentially extend support to provide ongoing presentation cleanup, formatting, and quality assurance for larger events involving multiple presentation decks, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality experience.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced proficiency in slide masters, master layouts, and template development.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and effectively repairing complex or inconsistent PowerPoint templates.
• A strong command of presentation design principles, including typography, color usage, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Exceptional ability to enhance readability and functionality while strictly adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Experience in creating reusable templates and standardized presentation systems tailored for internal team use.
• Impeccable attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality assurance.

Project Details

This is an exciting freelance, project-based contract offering a significant impact. The initial scope is estimated at approximately two weeks, requiring 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours for revisions and refinements. There is also a strong possibility for project extension to provide additional presentation polishing and production support for major company events, including projects involving approximately 10-15 presentation decks. This is a fully remote opportunity, welcoming talented candidates located in any U.S. time zone.
