We are searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Support professional to provide essential technical assistance and maintenance. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting vital IT infrastructure, ensuring that all end-users have the tools they need to succeed. What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive maintenance schemes for a variety of IT equipment, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals.
• Efficiently relocate and install PCs, printers, and other peripherals, including standard software, across various operational sites.
• Install and configure essential end-user software, such as MS Office and MS Outlook, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Uphold stringent security and safety regulations, with a particular focus on virus protection, ensuring all software is thoroughly checked prior to installation.
• Install Local Area Network (LAN) client software and hardware as appropriate to maintain robust connectivity.
• Accurately update hardware and software asset data upon the installation or relocation of any PC equipment.

What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Diploma in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably two (2) years of experience in PC and printer support and maintenance.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral, for clear and effective communication.
• A pleasant personality, positive attitude, and effective end-user communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows 7 and 8 client environments.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook.
• Proficiency in WINDOW-based applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Symantec Antivirus and Attachmate Extra Program.
• Basic knowledge in troubleshooting network connections, with an understanding of basic TCP/IP concepts.
• Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices, including iPhone and iPad.
