You will play a key role in bringing innovative designs to life across various product categories, working closely with expert designers to ensure precision and quality. This position offers a unique chance to blend your artistic vision with technical acumen, directly influencing the final look and feel of consumer products for a leading brand.

What You'll Do

  • Create precise technical schematics for factory teams to facilitate the production of apparel, footwear, and accessories.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced graphic designers to integrate design elements into product development.
  • Focus on graphic design for product creation, spanning apparel, footwear, and accessories.
  • Support the design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and production capabilities.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, specifically within product creation for apparel, footwear, and accessories.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional typography and illustration skills.
  • A deep understanding of the female consumer space, with an appreciation for both established brand aesthetics and broader lifestyle trends, enabling work across a diverse range of styles.
  • A robust portfolio that demonstrates your design process, including inspiration, graphic build-out, various design iterations, and examples of patterns (all-over, repeat). Your portfolio should showcase a wide array of apparel examples, such as screen prints, photographic treatments, and past product work.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment, adept at focused, head-down creative work.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate multiple design options from a single concept and effectively execute design ideas based on team and creative director briefs.
  • Experience creating compelling graphics and incorporating feedback from leadership to refine designs.
  • Prior experience within the consumer products industry, particularly with leading consumer brands.
