Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will utilize an ERP system to run reports, process customer payments including ACH, wire transfers, checks and credit card transactions. You will also process adjustments, reconcile bank statements, prepare audit packets and work closely with internal business units and external customers to resolve payment issues.

Posting daily cash requires a high level of detail; analyzing multiple reports, manual intervention and extensive research working with internal and external departments to apply payments accordingly.

You will be responsible for complex month-end account reconciliations, prepare and track proforma invoices, refund packets and perform other cash related duties including ad hoc reporting and any additional Accounts Receivable projects. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure accuracy in our Cash Applications system. You will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to respond to email inquiries and phone calls in a high-volume environment.

• 5+ years Accounts Receivable experience
• Proven organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work comfortably within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
• Experience with high-volume, fast paced environment
• Experience working with a large ERP system
• Cash applications experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• US Citizenship required

• Oracle ERP system experience
