What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative and operational support to education and events teams, ensuring seamless execution.
• Manage the creation and tracking of purchase orders, diligently adhering to all approval processes.
• Oversee the ordering and monitoring of products necessary for education programs and various events.
• Coordinate the gratis program from request through tracking and distribution.
• Assist in the planning and logistical execution of in-store activations, seminars, and special events.
• Support the coordination of schedules, materials, shipping, vendor communications, and on-site requirements.
• Maintain meticulous records, trackers, and calendars, proactively following up on open items and deadlines.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal partners and external vendors to ensure timely project execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
