What You'll Do

• Execute engaging visual merchandising and design projects from concept to completion, adhering to creative briefs and strategic direction.
• Develop and meticulously review planograms to optimize product placement and visual appeal within diverse retail environments.
• Actively participate in the proofing process, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality across all visual assets.
• Create high-quality Photoshop renderings that precisely convey design concepts and proposed product displays.
• Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment by providing support for various design and visual merchandising needs as they arise, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in visual merchandising and/or graphic design, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Photoshop for advanced rendering and design tasks.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, impeccably organized, and detail-oriented, with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D rendering programs, such as Sketchup, is a significant advantage.
• A background in industrial design will be considered a valuable asset.
