Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator II Location: San Diego, CA 92121 Duration: 6 Months 100% Onsite Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST Job Description Prepare and maintain records of items shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepare goods for shipment. Perform shipping and receiving functions and transactions. Maintain accurate shipping information and ensure timely, accurate updates are available to order management. Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices. Communicate through email and Microsoft Teams and provide customer service. Support distribution and warehouse activities as required. Top 7 Required Skills Shipping and receiving experience, with a primary focus on shipping. Experience with shipping and receiving systems, particularly Oracle. Strong email communication skills. Experience processing sales orders, purchase orders, and/or invoices. Ability to maintain accurate shipping records and information. Customer service skills. Basic computer and technical knowledge. Required Technologies and Skills Shipping and Receiving Customer Service Distribution and Warehouse Operations Oracle Email Communication Microsoft Teams Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience At least 1 year of relevant experience. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and throughout the workday. Ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 35-50 pounds as needed. Driving Requirements Driving responsibilities are required and may range from 0 to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible to accommodate driving needs. Forklift Requirement Forklift experience is not required but is a plus.
