By joining this dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of shaping the digital landscape for thousands of professionals, directly impacting global productivity and accelerating the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Are you a passionate and dynamic learning professional ready to make a significant impact on a global scale? We are seeking an exceptional individual to design and deliver high-impact training programs that will empower a diverse workforce to master modern productivity and collaboration tools. This is an incredible opportunity to shape a critical digital transformation journey, directly influencing how employees work, connect, and innovate. You will be at the heart of driving this change, ensuring every individual can leverage the full potential of advanced digital solutions, fostering a more connected and efficient enterprise across the globe.

What You'll Do

  • Design structured 60-90 minute learning sessions focused on core productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams (collaboration, channel structure, meetings, chat best practices), SharePoint (sites, document libraries, hub management), OneDrive (secure file storage, synchronization, sharing), and Microsoft Viva (Viva Engage, Viva Learning, Viva Insights).
  • Translate complex business scenarios into practical, daily work habits, leveraging and adapting existing Microsoft and partner assets to create highly relevant and engaging content.
  • Facilitate high-energy, interactive online training sessions for audiences ranging from small groups to thousands of participants using Microsoft Teams, utilizing features like polls, live Q&A, and breakout rooms to maximize engagement across various user groups, from end-users to executives.
  • Create impactful supporting materials, including high-quality PowerPoint decks, quick reference guides (QRGs), job aids, how-to PDFs, and short scenario-based learning modules hosted on the organization's M365 SharePoint learning hub.
  • Integrate training rollouts seamlessly with enterprise communication campaigns and business enablement toolkits, serving as a vital feedback loop for identifying adoption barriers, recurring FAQs, and targeted communications needs.
  • Assist individual business units in tailoring training scenarios to their specific operational workflows, equipping local champions and business leaders to reinforce modern working habits long after formal training concludes.
  • Track attendance, engagement rates, and learner feedback, continually refining content and delivery based on quantitative data and stakeholder insights to ensure maximum effectiveness and impact.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in corporate learning & development, technical training, or user enablement, with a focused track record in enterprise software adoption.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering structured training curricula specifically for the Microsoft 365 suite, including:

    • Core Tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    • Viva Modules: Direct experience with Viva Engage, Viva Learning, or Viva Insights (or demonstrated ability to ramp up rapidly).

  • Master-level capability in facilitating virtual training via Microsoft Teams, leveraging advanced features such as live polls, Forms, Q&A, breakout rooms, and session recordings to maintain high engagement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint (for content publishing), and standard instructional asset development.
  • Proven ability to break down complex technical features into simple, behavior-based, "day-in-the-life" learning experiences.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior experience supporting enterprise-wide technology rollouts or digital workplace transformations within major corporate environments.
  • Experience collaborating with or working alongside top-tier consulting partners within an integrated change framework.
  • Familiarity with formal change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci) and user adoption methodologies.
  • Background in building, organizing, and maintaining SharePoint-based learning and knowledge hubs.
