Job Summary
Conduct daily reconciliations of AR cash receipts to the respective bank accounts, ensuring GL cash accounts and GL clearing accounts balance. Maintain bank reports and AR reporting to ensure all cash deposits are recorded and applied. Follow up and resolve discrepancies from daily auto cash application uploads. Partner with internal stakeholders to manage transactional activities and ensure accuracy.


Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Run daily bank reports from bank portals
  • Process returned items in Lawson ERP
  • Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions
  • Process authorized adjustments and entries
  • Prepare documentation for returned items and miscellaneous adjustments
  • Communicate returned item activity to Collections and AR teams
  • Update AR cash position and daily bank reports
  • Send remote deposit and credit card information for balancing
  • Prepare HRC bank files and upload into Lawson
  • Research and resolve upload exceptions
  • Run AR220 cash batch reports for lockbox deposits
  • Enter batch numbers, dollar amounts, and item counts into reports
  • Follow up with banks on miscellaneous adjustment items
  • Verify reports balance and investigate variances
  • Escalate balancing issues when necessary
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers


Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance OR
  • 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Treasury experience in a high-volume environment

Ideal Candidate

  • 2-4+ years of AR, Treasury, Cash Application, Banking Operations, or Reconciliation experience
  • Comfortable working with banks and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Experience in high-volume transactional environments
  • ERP experience required; Lawson preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to balance processing work with investigation and issue resolution


    The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $45,000- $55,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
