Requisition ID# 174554 Job Category: Human Resources Job Level: Manager/Principal Business Unit: Enterprise Transformation Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland Position Summary PG&E Academy is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our PG&E Academy Curriculum Development Team in support of Gas Operations learning needs. This role works closely with the development team and clients to develop and maintain the learning content, tools, systems, and programs that support our employee's ability to safely and efficiently perform their work and job tasks. This is accomplished via a wide range of methodologies, delivery mechanisms and formats to meet specific business needs. The Instructional Designer will work closely with subject matter experts as well as internal and external stakeholders to translate business and performance objectives into learning and performance support solutions and to ensure that employees are trained to competence. Propel is a business and technology modernization program that will revolutionize PG&E's way of working. Propel will standardize our business processes, enable innovation and unlock value across our core business functions as we move to a new version of SAP. Elevate is PG&E's enterprise-wide program to modernize and standardize our GIS platforms.GIS-based technology is critical to PG&E's operations, supporting infrastructure and planning, emergency response and asset management. Elevate brings together electric, gas, power generation, land and telecom mapping systems into one connected network using Esri's Utility Network (UN) technology. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office three times a week, or based on business need. Job Responsibilities

This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
