About the Opportunity

Help turn global product strategy into successful launches, stronger market adoption, and commercial growth.

We're looking for a Global Downstream Marketing Manager to lead the global launch framework for assigned products and services while driving commercialization across the Americas.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of product strategy, regional marketing, sales, customer insight, and commercial execution. You'll partner with Regional Marketing Management across EMEA and APAC, including China, to build a global launch framework, then lead the localization and execution of those strategies across the Americas.

You'll help determine how products are positioned, priced, launched, and supported in the market. You'll bring customer and competitive insights back into global strategy, build relationships with key clinical stakeholders, develop tools that help Sales succeed, and monitor performance to understand what's working and where we need to adjust.

If you enjoy taking strategy off the page and turning it into measurable commercial results, this is an opportunity to influence both how we launch globally and how we win regionally.

What You'll Get to Do
Shape Strategy Through Market & Customer Insight

  • Gather and analyze Americas market intelligence in partnership with Sales, including market trends, customer needs, reimbursement dynamics, clinical practices, competitive activity, and purchasing behaviors.
  • Generate local market and customer insights and identify regional trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Bring field intelligence back to global teams to help inform product strategy.
  • Monitor regional market adoption, market share, and product performance.
  • Analyze sales data, financial metrics, customer feedback, and market research and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop competitive positioning, tools, and resources that strengthen differentiation and sales effectiveness.

Lead Global Launch Planning & Americas Commercialization

  • Own the global launch framework for assigned products and services in partnership with Regional Marketing Management across EMEA and APAC, including limited market release planning.
  • Bring Americas market requirements into global launch readiness plans, including sales training, customer education, competitive positioning, messaging, and promotional strategy.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing Center of Excellence to build launch initiatives and lead Americas localization, planning, and execution.
  • Adapt and deploy global marketing strategies, campaigns, and launch frameworks to meet regional market needs.
  • Develop Americas market segmentation, targeting, positioning, key messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Implement regional pricing strategies based on market dynamics and margin analysis and conduct profitability analysis to optimize performance.
  • Translate project business cases into annual regional marketing plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives while managing the regional marketing budget efficiently and transparently.
  • Establish global launch performance metrics and monitor Americas execution, customer adoption, revenue contribution, field readiness, and overall launch effectiveness.
  • Identify launch risks, adoption barriers, and execution gaps and develop plans to address them.
  • Support commercialization throughout the product lifecycle, including sustaining marketing programs, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life transitions.
  • Own Americas communications related to product lifecycle activities and localized announcements.

Build Relationships with KOLs & Key Customers

  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, and clinical stakeholders who can help support regional market growth.
  • Partner with the Director of Global Medical Education on regional education strategy, KOL activities, and engagement.
  • Partner with Product Management to drive Limited Market Release (LMR) deployment and customer feedback collection in preparation for Full Market Release (FMR) of new products.
  • Identify opportunities to develop customer testimonials, case studies, clinical insights, and other customer-driven communications.
  • Ensure customer and KOL engagement activities align with regulatory, compliance, and company requirements.

Connect Teams Across the Business

You'll serve as an important link between Americas Sales and our global commercial organization.

  • Partner with Product Management to ensure product development reflects regional and global market needs.
  • Work with Global Medical Education and Marketing Coordinators on regional events, trade shows, digital campaigns, and internal training.
  • Communicate Medical Education initiatives and product training opportunities to Sales teams.
  • Partner regularly with Quality and Regulatory Affairs to ensure promotional and educational content meets applicable requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between Americas Sales and global commercial marketing functions.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to maintain alignment with global strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications on integrated campaigns that increase product awareness, engagement, lead generation, and demand.
  • Work with Operations and Supply Chain on launch readiness, demand planning, product availability, and lifecycle transitions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations on forecasting, pricing analysis, profitability, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional regional marketing projects from strategy through execution, establishing clear ownership, timelines, communication, and measurable outcomes.

Give Sales What They Need to Win

  • Identify regional market opportunities and areas of growth potential.
  • Develop customer-facing and sales-enablement materials, including product messaging, value propositions, training tools, competitive comparisons, and commercialization assets.
  • Adapt global content and messaging for regional markets and customer needs.
  • Partner with regional Sales leadership to address market challenges and drive commercial performance.
  • Champion product success and lifecycle management across the Americas.
  • Monitor product performance, recommend optimizations, and define and track KPIs for regional marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in downstream product or services marketing or commercialization.
  • Demonstrated success with regional product launches and go-to-market strategies in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Strong marketing and commercialization expertise, including an understanding of medical-device commercialization, product lifecycle management, and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing market intelligence and turning complex information into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute.
  • Experience leading global and regional launch projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions, organizational levels, countries, and cultures.
  • Strong customer focus and high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience adapting global strategies to meet regional market needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical-device industry.
  • An MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of medical education and continuing education requirements.
  • Understanding of regional healthcare markets and regulatory environments.
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organization and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions.
