SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of client employee benefits programs and providing outstanding service to all involved in the client management process. Ensures all tasks and projects are completed with accuracy and within the specified timeline to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Deals with complex questions on the phone, by email or in person, requiring a thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, procedures and personnel; Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares background documents and outgoing mail and email as necessary; Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follows through on issues in a timely manner; Coordinates workflow and projects as assigned; Assists with preparation of materials, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and proposals for leadership role duties and assembly of materials as needed; Responds independently to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature; Researches and analyzes administrative projects; prepares first draft reports; Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience One (1) or more years work experience in a professional office environment Marketing experience preferred Valid Insurance License Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
