Overview
Patient Services Representative (PSR) Full-Time | Onsite | Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 p.m. $19.17 - 24.01 per hour. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate, and efficient support throughout their care journey. Responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, registering patients, updating demographic and insurance information, managing incoming calls, collecting co-pays, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily administrative operations while adhering to HIPAA and organizational compliance standards.
