Organizational Structure

Business: CIRCOR Navy (US)

Products : Leslie Controls | Portland Valve | Warren Pumps | IMO Pumps

Location: Tampa, FL / Monroe, NC / Warren, MA

Reporting To: Vice President of Business Development & PMO

Direct Reports: IPT Leaders


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multi-site PMO supporting three operating locations.
  • Establish PMO governance, standards, reporting, and portfolio management processes.
  • Lead a portfolio of U.S. Navy and maritime programs through the full lifecycle.
  • Capture customer requirements and ensure effective translation and flow-down to Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain organizations.
  • Establish clear expectations within IPT teams and drive accountability for execution.
  • Serve as executive point of contact for strategic customers and key programs.
  • Drive customer intimacy, on-time delivery, and lead-time improvement initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement and PMO maturity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • PMP preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive project, program, or portfolio management experience.
  • 7+ years leading program management teams.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy, maritime, defense, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products markets.


Travel

  • 50% travel required.
