Stinson LLP seeks an Attorney with at least seven years of commercial real estate experience to join our Dallas office.

Our nationally recognized commercial real estate practice represents developers, institutional investors, lenders, REITs, private equity funds, hospitality companies, and other sophisticated clients in complex real estate transactions throughout the United States. Our attorneys routinely collaborate across offices on sophisticated transactions nationwide, providing attorneys with broad exposure to clients, industries, and deal structures.

Qualified candidates must have an active Texas attorney license and at least seven years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, financing, and leasing. We also welcome real estate development and finance experience. Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, development, commercial leasing, real estate finance, title and survey matters, joint ventures, and related transactional work is desirable.

Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and have strong research, writing, analytical, organizational and communication skills. We value attorneys who are collaborative, entrepreneurial, practical, and committed to exceptional client service.
