Job Title - Talent Advisor - Senior Duration - 12 Months Work Location - Austin, TX / Secondary Work Location - Westlake, TX Work Type - THybrid - 4 days onsite, 5th day remote. Candidate will pick their remote day. Job Description: We need a technical recruiter, someone that understands technology recruiting and how to influence managers to move things forward. Responsbilities: Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting Client's business verticals. Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels. Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education. Identify the best online sourcing channels, organize targeted outreach events in the industry to identify high quality candidates and assess candidate quality, skills and fit for positions. Must have proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility and demonstrated experience developing acquisition strategies. Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools. Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
