Rantec Microwave Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Deburr Hand (NIGHT SHIFT) to remove burrs on machined parts per drawing or traveler instructions. Hourly Range: $20.01 - $31.78 (There will be an additional night shift premium when the position transitions from day to night shift) JOB DUTIES: Deburr precision aluminum parts and brazed assemblies. Inspect parts to ensure compliance to drawing. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to use hand tools such as files, counter sinks, burr knife sandpaper, buffing wheels, die grinders, jitterbug sanders and other hand tools as necessary. Must be able to read and understand shop travelers and drawings. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner. Must be able to obtain a security clearance to perform all duties associated with this position. EXPERIENCE: 1 year of Deburr experience is required. WORK SCHEDULE: This position will work the day shift for four weeks before transitioning to the night shift. Day shift hours are 5:00 am to 3:30 pm - 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday Night Shift hours are 3:00 pm to 1:30 am - 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday Rantec's benefit package includes medical, dental, life insurance, 401K, ESOP, FSA, Short- and Long-term disability, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays and a 4/10 workweek.
