Now hiring for a Warehouse Forklift Associate

Location: West Memphis, AR

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM + Occasional overtime

Training Schedule:1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM for 2 weeks

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.


Experience Requirements



  • At least 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience required.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Ability to operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, walkie riders, stock pickers, or turret trucks.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to learn and use warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Able to follow workplace instructions and safety procedures.
  • Must successfully complete forklift (PIT) training.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material-handling machinery.


Job Duties



  • Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
  • Use an RF scanner to track products and shipments.
  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping.
  • Check products and quantities for accuracy.
  • Help with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.
  • Inspect shipments for damage or missing items.
  • Complete shipping records and required paperwork.
  • Move materials to the correct storage locations.
  • Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
