What you'll do:

As part of the Eye Trends team, you'll practice full-scope optometry in modern, state-of-the-art clinics across Conroe, Kingwood, Spring, and The Woodlands. You'll provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages and a variety of visual and medical conditions while collaborating with the Practice Manager, Patient Coordinator, Optometric Technician, and Optician to support practice growth and expand access to quality healthcare in the community. Each location is equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic technology and sees an average of 22 patients per doctor per day. This full-time floating opportunity offers up to 40 hours per week, with weekday shifts typically scheduled in eight-hour increments and Saturday coverage in six-hour shifts, depending on location needs.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions
