To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visitwww.amcor.comILinkedInIGlassdoorIFacebook IYouTube Job DescriptionReporting to the Tooling Director, the Sr. Process and Tooling Engineer, is responsible for leading all aspects of Blow Molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification activities across Amcor manufacturing operations. This position manages tooling projects from concept and quoting through implementation while providing technical leadership in mold manufacturing, qualification, process optimization, equipment validation, troubleshooting, and operational excellence initiatives. The role serves as a key liaison between Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, vendors, and plant technical teams to ensure tooling designs, manufacturing processes, and production systems meet safety, quality, performance, and customer requirements. The position also develops technical standards, drives best practices, and supports the continuous improvement of ISBM manufacturing capabilities throughout the organization. Accountabilities: 1.
