Job Scope: We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and process-driven Commercial Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of three critical operational areas: Incentive Compensation, Expense Management, and Fleet Operations. Although these areas serve different business needs, they share a common foundation: accurate data, disciplined processes, strong controls, timely execution, effective communication, and exceptional attention to detail. This role is responsible for ensuring that these processes operate reliably and efficiently from end to end. The successful candidate will not simply execute established tasks; they will take ownership of the process, identify opportunities for improvement, develop and document solutions, and drive those solutions through implementation. The role also serves as an analytical resource, using the data generated through these processes to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and opportunities and translate them into actionable information for management and cross-functional stakeholders. The strongest candidates will bring sound judgment, strong Excel and analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to learn complex processes, manage details, and improve how work gets done. Direct experience in incentive compensation, expense management, or fleet operations is helpful, but process ownership, accuracy, and follow-through are most important.
