The Manufacturing Engineer will support the production floor and assembly team by developing clear work instructions for machines and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure continuous process improvement. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, Engineering, and Service, ensuring designs are manufacturable, issues are resolved efficiently, and improvements are implemented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed work instructions for the machining and assembly processes.
  • Create, manage, and verify engineering change requests.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure quality documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups between engineering, operations, and service.
  • Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a working member of the Company's safety committee.
  • Ensure documentation, processes, and changes comply with quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in engineering or technical roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to develop instructions using graphics and text.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Inventor Design Software, or 3D Software.
