For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. The PSR/PSS plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities:

* Greet patients, answer telephones, and schedule appointments with professionalism and empathy.

* Provide administrative and clerical support for the office.

* Maintain accuracy with records and documentation.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
