The scope of Hubbard's work includes complex highway projects, site development, paving, utility and drainage systems, surveying, RAP and hot mix sales, and state-of-the-art bridge building. General Description. Vinci Construction USA is seeking a Systems Analyst I position on their Technology Team in Orlando, FL. This role involves managing ITSM ticket triage, application user account administration, and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support. The candidate will work on projects implementing new software and tools, coordinate with vendors for software and firmware upgrades, and communicate professionally with users, vendors, and IT teams. Additional responsibilities include attending meetings, providing status updates, adhering to management guidance and policies, and assisting with other projects and tasks as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and fine-tune machine learning, deep learning, or large language models (LLMs)
  • Connect AI tools and APIs into existing software applications and enterprise infrastructure
  • Validate models for accuracy, security, performance, and bias before deployment
  • Work alongside data scientists, product managers, and engineers to align AI solutions with company goals
  • Project work implementing new software and tools
  • Communicate with users, vendors, and IT in a professional manner
  • Attend meetings as required and provide regular and accurate status information to project participants/department leadership -follow management guidance and adherence to policies
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as required

Education and Experience. This position typically requires prior technical support experience and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and support hardware and software systems in a professional environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of technical experience supporting hardware and software systems.
  • Experience utilizing an ITSM ticketing system to manage incidents, service requests, and support activities.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors to coordinate support, resolve issues, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work flexible and extended hours as business needs require.

  • Demonstrated dependability, accountability, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and complete tasks concurrently.

Physical Demands. The following physical demands are representative to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

  • Ability to drive to locations to assist users or deploy systems as needed
  • Frequent ability to sit for prolonged periods of time;
  • Frequent ability to talk and hear, both in person and by telephone;
  • Frequent ability to operate standard office equipment, using hand and arm dexterity;
  • Frequent vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Infrequent ability to navigate through office environment, including periodic use of stairs and/or elevator, as needed;
  • Infrequent ability to lift general office documents and materials, up to 10 pounds
  • Periodic construction project visits, may include walking/standing on various terrain, including dirt, gravel, asphalt and other materials.

Work Environment. The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that a Division Controller encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Work generally is performed in an office environment, although periodic visits to construction sites and asphalt manufacturing facilities may be required.
  • Noise level in the typical office work environment is quiet.
