About the role: Contract Conformance Specialist Duration: 12 Months Locations: Houston, TX Reports directly to respective SCM Core Programs Supervisor. The Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) is accountable for the daily conformance responsibilities for all completed contractual arrangements of assigned capital and maintenance projects. The CCS manages the flow of documentation and communication related to the contractual relationship between Company and Contractor to ensure contractual obligations are met. The CCS interacts frequently with third parties. It also works with in-house departments, including legal, project management, construction management, business development, system planning, procurement, contract management, project controls, and other teams. The CCS reports directly to respective SCM Core Programs Supervisor. Assigned projects with a consolidated total of up to $150MM per year and lasting typically 1-2 years. Assigned projects, including those of elevated complexity. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: We require a Bachelor's degree in an engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline. 6+ years of experience in legal, engineering, construction, and/or contract administration or contract conformance of construction-related projects. Preferably, this experience will be in the gas pipeline industry. or Associates degree with a minimum 10+ years of experience in legal, engineering, construction, and/or contract administration or contract conformance of construction related projects, preferably in the gas pipeline industry. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40 - $48.
