While coordination with interior design disciplines may occur, this role concentrates on the architectural components that shape interior environments for clients across key sectors including Critical Facilities requiring a high level of technical precision, interdisciplinary coordination, and fluency in advanced digital design tools.

What You Will Do

Interior Architectural Design & Documentation

  • Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, client presentations, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation, with a primary focus on interior architecture.

  • Coordinate interior layouts for specialized environments such as Critical Facilities where performance and compliance are essential.

Technical Coordination & Code Compliance

  • Resolve complex technical challenges related to accessibility, life safety, egress, fire ratings, and applicable building codes, particularly as they apply to interior construction.
  • Collaborate closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty consultants to ensure fully integrated interior architectural solutions.
  • Participate in the preparation of construction documents that clearly communicate design intent andcomply withmunicipal, state, and federal regulations.

Digital Design & Visualization
