Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical training in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field is preferred.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining or manual machining experience.
  • Experience operating CNC mills, CNC lathes, and other machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, mechanical drawings, and machining specifications.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, and CMM equipment.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming, CAM software, tooling setup, and machine offsets.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes.
  • Experience with tooling selection, fixtures, clamps, shuttles, and production workholding systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and commitment to quality standards.
  • Forklift experience and familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures are a plus.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
  • Frequently use hands and fingers to operate machinery, measuring equipment, and hand tools.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials and machined components safely.
  • Visual acuity required to inspect parts, read blueprints, and verify measurements.
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment.


Job Duties



  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment following documented setup instructions and production requirements.
  • Install and adjust tooling, fixtures, clamps, and workholding devices to ensure accurate machining operations.
  • Manufacture precision components according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment to verify dimensional accuracy.
  • Complete production documentation, travelers, inspection records, and deviation reports accurately.
  • Maintain daily production logs, machine settings, machining parameters, and quality records.
  • Deburr finished parts using hand tools, grinders, and manual equipment as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance activities to maximize machine performance and uptime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
