Job Summary
The Delivery Director is responsible for the overall management and direction of Federal Services Recruiting Strategy & Operations. This position uses proactive internal and external best practices engagement, market analysis/intel and relationship techniques to develop and enforce consistent spread growth, team lead & recruiter growth, matrix delivery activities with business development and account management to drive sustainable and profitable growth for Federal Professional Services.
Responsibilities
- Utilize strategic recruiting and talent delivery practices to support existing accounts and new business opportunities in the Fed Services market. Apply understanding of current and future client needs, talent pool and market conditions to develop and optimize delivery strategies, strengthen client partnerships, drive successful placements and drive all Team Lead (s) & individual contributors to achieve key performance objectives & spread ramp goals.
- Lead, develop and manage Team Lead, Recruiting function in addition to all direct and indirect Federal Services recruiters. This includes coaching, daily workflow direction, skip-level 1v1's, quarterly performance review, req allocation & prioritization, and delivery of professional services (qualified candidates) to meet internal SLA's on all client requirements. Collaborate with team members on market needs, account planning, requisitions, and client expectations to support coordinated recruitment execution and business growth.
- Utilize BI Dashboards and Bullhorn reporting tools to monitor and evaluate recruiting and delivery performance across Fed Services to identify trends, gaps and barriers to successful delivery. Partner with VP, Sales Director and or Team Lead (s) of Sales and to address challenges, improve alignment between reqs and delivery capability, and drive strong overall performance.
- Develop and implement proven recruiting processes, tools, technology and best practices that improve efficiency, consistency and scalability. Support process adoption, performance reporting, and continuous improvement efforts aligned with department goals. Continuously build, develop and deliver training materials and framework for new recruiter hires
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Federal Services IT, Cyber and Engineering Cleared Labor markets. Comprehensive Delivery knowledge sufficient to identify delivery strategies, understand client needs and market conditions, to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Recruiting and delivery leadership capability sufficient to coach assigned professionals, prioritize reqs, support performance expectations, and coordinate team execution
- Internal relationship management sufficient to partner with Sales Director or Team Lead (s) of sales for daily working relationships in support of active and net-new account hiring opportunities. Identify market intel and business leads to enhance Fed Services sales and BD positioning
- Recruiting performance management and analytical capability sufficient to evaluate delivery performance, identify trends, gaps, and barriers and translate recruiting data and market intelligence into actions that improve delivery outcomes
- Own the overall Recruiting GTM, processes and performance management capability sufficient to support opportunity tracking, reporting, adoption of sales/delivery processes, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder communication capability sufficient to present client needs, opportunity status, delivery priorities, and business recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, public administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and related experience.
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, account management, delivery management, staffing, professional services, government services, or a related client-facing function, including a proven track record of developing & executing delivery strategy, team leadership, work direction, coaching, or people development experience.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $86,720 - $130,080.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
Travel Requirements:
- 20% Travel for client, prospect, and business-development activities as business needs require.
