Job summary

The Director ofFinance is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. This role provides financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership and controls project costs in collaboration with team leads. The position supports financial planning and analysis for multiple divisions and interacts daily with various business areas and finance functions.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Provide financial analysis to senior leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Control project costs in conjunction with the team lead, ensuring compliance with policies and adherence to budgets.
  • Support financial planning and analysis for multiple divisions.
  • Serve as main point of contact with corporate and studio segment finance.
  • Interact daily with management, development, marketing, and controllership functions.
  • Assist with implementation and troubleshooting of company-wide ERP financial systems, preferably Oracle.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10 years' experience in the gaming industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and build relationships with external stakeholders.
