The Vice President, Operations for Network Infrastructure Solutions (NIS) is responsible for leading and optimizing global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement functions. This executive leader develops and executes operational strategies that support growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational resilience.The role provides executive leadership of the Power Electronics Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring the development, industrialization, standardization, and advancement of power electronics technologies and manufacturing capabilities across the global organization and integrated supply chain. The role is further responsible for developing strategic external partnerships that extend the capabilities of the Network Infrastructure Solutions line of business, leveraging industry-leading suppliers, design partners, and manufacturing partners to accelerate product development and commercialization of non-core technologies while maintaining focus on EnerSys' strategic differentiators.
