What We're Looking For: An accomplished and relationship-driven sales leader who partners closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to advance the hotel's strategic revenue goals. This role plays a key part in driving group business, leading a high-performing sales team, and cultivating meaningful client relationships that reflect Loews Hotels' commitment to exceptional service and hospitality excellence. Who You Are: o Inspirational Leader: You motivate, coach, and mentor sales professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a results-driven culture o Strategic Communicator: You articulate ideas clearly and confidently, building trust with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders o Business Developer: You proactively identify opportunities, turning market insights into actionable sales strategies o Relationship Builder: You excel at cultivating long-term partnerships with corporate accounts and industry contacts o Goal-Oriented Professional: You are driven to meet and exceed revenue goals while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence o Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply What You'll Do: Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation o Lead efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals aligned with rooms and food & beverage targets o Maintain a strong sales pace while meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue objectives o Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to ensure a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline o Solicit group and/or transient business independently and in partnership with the sales team through strategic action plans Client Engagement & Market Presence o Increase the hotel's visibility and brand presence in assigned local and national markets o Conduct sales calls locally and nationally based on market demand o Develop, present, and negotiate compelling customer proposals and contracts on behalf of the hotel o Execute impactful site inspections that showcase the hotel's offerings and guest experience Collaboration & Operational Partnership o Strengthen and maintain relationships with the Loews National Sales Organization and key corporate accounts o Coordinate closely with hotel departments after contract close to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences o Provide timely and effective communication to departmental partners to support service excellence Leadership & Team Development o Coach, mentor, and support the sales team in alignment with direction from the Director of Sales & Marketing o Promote teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company ethics at all times Operational Excellence & Compliance o Attend required meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives o Follow hotel standards, safety protocols, and emergency procedures o Maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform and grooming standards o Stay informed of hotel updates, standards, and business priorities Other Responsibilities o Regular attendance in conformance with standards o May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs o Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings o Perform other duties as assigned Your Qualifications Include: o Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred o Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in hotel sales and marketing with a strong record of achieving revenue goals o In-depth understanding of hotel operations and demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals o Excellent networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Active involvement in industry organizations is preferred and reflects commitment to professional growth Who You'll Supervise: o Sales Managers o Senior Sales Managers | |
