Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements Basic math and documentation skills preferred Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of production packing, packaging, manufacturing, or assembly experience Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Experience preparing shipments, packaging products, or handling shipping documentation is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Dependable, accountable, and production-focused Experience meeting productivity and performance goals Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to safely perform tasks while wearing required PPE Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting Job Duties Package finished products according to company specifications and customer requirements Prepare shipping and receiving labels and related documentation Set up packaging materials and prepare products for shipment Inspect packaged products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain production goals, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the shift Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready Work closely with team members to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
